Supporting customers impacted by the torrential rain in South East Queensland and New South Wales

CGU is supporting our customers and staff impacted by the current weather events in South East Queensland and New South Wales.

We encourage all impacted customers to lodge a claim with us as soon as possible by calling our claims hotline on 1800 252 461, or by speaking to their insurance adviser.

Having the following information to hand will help us lodge your claim as quickly as possible, but if you don’t have all these details, don’t worry, you should still lodge your claim with us:

    • Your policy number
    • The contact name and phone number of the person holding the policy
    • A loss description
    • Details of the location where the loss occurred
    • Details of any property damaged.
