Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009

The Tasmanian Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendments Act 2009 will result in substantial changes to benefits, procedures and Injury Management that will impact all employers.

These changes are effective as of 1 July 2010.
